Another 19.0% said they frequently disrupt bedside workflow, and 18.4% said they create unnecessary duplication and inefficiency. About 19.6% complete documentation outside scheduled hours very frequently, 26.8% frequently, and 26.3% occasionally. That means 72.7% do so at least occasionally.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This is where documentation becomes a well-being issue.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If documentation spills beyond the shift, recovery time shrinks.
