But clinical evidence around blue light filtering lenses remains more cautious than consumer demand suggests. For optometrists, the question is not whether patients are uncomfortable. Many are. Refractive correction optimization and a multifactorial management approach were each selected by 36.0%. Visual hygiene or screen behavior changes followed at 16.0%.
