If your eyes water when they are \u201cdry,\u201d it can feel like your body is arguing with itself.<\/p>

You blink. You squint. You rub your lids. You add drops. You take a break. You go back to the screen. And somehow, the discomfort returns, often without warning.<\/p>

That cycle is what patients described most clearly in this MDForLives pulse.<\/p>

Note:<\/strong> This study was conducted among MDForLives panelists who reported dry eye or frequent eye discomfort in the past 30 days. Total completes n=518<\/strong>. Major markets included India, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the United States<\/strong>, with additional responses from other markets.<\/p>

Pattern snapshot from the data:<\/strong><\/p>

Symptoms are frequent. 69.5% experience discomfort most days or weekly.<\/p>

Relief is unstable. Only 30.3% say what helps feels consistent and lasting.<\/p>

Triggers are both digital and environmental. 40.3% cite screen time as the top trigger, while 21.4% point to air conditioning or dry air.<\/p>

On paper, about half of respondents say they have been diagnosed or told by an eye doctor that dry eye is likely (52.3%<\/strong>, 271\/518).
